Inca Jungle Trail Cusco – Inca Jungle Trek 4 Days

Inca jungle, Machu Picchu, Peru
Overview

Inca Jungle Trail Cusco popularly known as Inca Jungle Trek 4 Days is one of the most preferred alternatives to the classic Inca Trail. Inca Trail is a popular way to reach Machu Picchu. Filled with adventure at every turn, this four days experience is a perfect combination of adventure sports and high-altitude hikes through the Peruvian highland forest.

The “trek” begins at the highest point of Inca Jungle Trek 4 Days, Abra Malaga Pass. It is at 4350m/14271 ft. This is the starting point. From here, we will experience downhill mountain biking.

Through the Inca Jungle Trail Cusco, you will be visiting some of the lesser-known Inca ruins and indulging in adventure sports like white water rafting and ziplining, to name a few.

On the last day of this 4 days 3 nights adventure, you will be visiting the astounding Inca Citadel which is also the new world wonder, Machu Picchu.

We will have an entire day dedicated to the Machu Picchu tour. Accompanied by our local English-speaking travel expert, you will discover some astonishing facts about the Inca citadel. The experience concludes with a train ride back to Ollantaytambo and an onward transfer to your hotel in Cusco city.

Please note that Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu is a high-altitude experience. It is highly recommended that you spend 3-4 days in Cusco before the trek to acclimatize and avoid altitude sickness.

To enhance your travel experience, you may choose to upgrade to vistadome train. If so, then do let us know at the time of booking this adventure.
